In order to obtain excellent results, adhesives and grouts especially designed and prepared for Biopietra® claddings must be used: such as the specific ECO-KOLL transpiring glue and Biostucco transpiring grout. For outdoor installation, to get a longer lasting resistance, claddings must be protected with Biofin transpiring surface protection treatment. Apply Biofin onto all internal surfaces especially in colours Quarzo-Bianco and Perla. Cleaning Biopietra® stone is a simple and easy process: occasional dusting with a feather duster or the use of a vacuum cleaner with soft bristle brushes.Do not clean with acid or chlorine.
All stones distributed by Biopietra srl have the same features as natural stone, so they can get dirty. In order to avoid this, it is advisable to apply a treatment on the products after about one month they have been laid (after making sure that the surface is completely dry) by using a special treatment distributed by Biopietra Srl, called “BIOFIN”, which will make the stones and the grout completely waterproof and resistant to atmospheric agents or stains. The product must be applied with a vaporizer or a paintbrush across the surface to be treated.
It does not alter the colours or the features of the stones.

to the one recommended (conventional joint) we suggest to purchase a larger amount of stones from a maximum of 20% to a minimum of 10%.
