To ensure flawless installation of Biopietra cladding, it is essential to use specific products such as the breathable adhesive ECO-KOLL and Biostucco grout. These materials are designed to guarantee durability, breathability, and optimal adhesion. Additionally, to protect surfaces from external agents, we recommend applying Biofin, which preserves both the aesthetics and functionality of the cladding.
To keep Biopietra cladding in perfect condition—especially lighter shades like Quartz-White and Pearl—it is advisable to treat them with Biofin. Cleaning is simple: dust with a feather duster or use a vacuum cleaner with soft brushes. Avoid using acids or chlorine, which may damage the surface.
Biopietra® cladding shares the same characteristics as natural stone and may accumulate dirt over time. To protect it, apply Biofin about one month after installation, on a dry surface. This treatment makes the surface waterproof and resistant to weather conditions, without altering its color or appearance.
The authenticity of a stone wall depends on the correct spacing of joints. For a realistic effect, the space between stones should be at least 4–5 cm.
Joints that are too narrow compromise the aesthetics and realism. Those who prefer dry installation or reduced joints should consider purchasing up to 20% more stone material.
